Continuous VOC Monitoring

American Ecotech is proud to expand our product line and introduce real-time gas chromatography for ambient air toxics monitoring. A vast improvement over the traditional canister sampling methods for VOCs, the AirmOzone GC is a field proven, continuous VOC monitoring system designed specifically for low level ambient air toxics measurements.

With simple, intuitive operation, automatic calibration cycles, low maintenance and powerful analytical capabilities, users can now continuously and reliably measure air toxics with very low operating costs.  Available with both PID or FID detectors, compounds including BTEX, Styrene, 1,3-Butadiene, Formaldehyde and many others can be accurately measured in ambient air.

The GC is available in several configurations meeting specific monitoring needs:

AirmOzone: Complete system for air toxics monitoring (C2-C12) engineered specifically for PAMS. Includes two gas chromatographs, zero air generator, hydrogen generator and operating software package and is capable of continuous analysis of 58 compounds.

Air Toxic: Selective monitoring for compounds of interest including BTEX and 1,3-Butadiene. Suited for near-road monitoring studies, ozone precursor monitoring, industrial hygiene or process emissions.

Chroma-THC: Isothermal GC designed for monitoring of Methane and Non-Methane Total Hydrocarbons.  Specifically suited for analysis of total hydrocarbons (THC) or unburned hydrocarbons and volatile organic compounds (UHC+VOC).

In addition to the above real-time VOC monitoring range, we also offer specialized cartridge-style air samplers:

PUF and XAD Samplers: The HVAS 3000 PUF and XAD samplers provide a simple solution for organics sampling (toxics and hydrocarbons) while incorporating all of the advanced features available in the standard HVAS 3000.

Ecotech PUF High Volume Sampler: This sampler is designed specifically for toxic air measurement via collection onto a polyurethane foam insert.

Ecotech XAD Sampler: The XAD is designed for accurate measurement of hydrocarbons. It utilizes a sampling media of unique hydrophobic polyaromatic resin beads, which are then enclosed by the more typical polyurethane foam.
