Field Monitoring Laboratories & Components

air sampling

American Ecotech specializes in fully customizable systems and field monitoring laboratories for every type of application. From our popular full sized AirCare field labs to our mobile systems and mini-labs, all of our systems are designed for energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact.

Developed utilizing our many years of experience in the field, American Ecotech field monitoring laboratories incorporate unique features specifically designed for ambient and CEMs monitoring applications. American Ecotech’s field monitoring laboratories and heated manifold sampling systems are carefully designed to provide reliable sample measurement in environments as diverse as the northern shelf of Alaska to the remote Arizona deserts. Our experienced engineers and technicians will work closely with you to customize your design and produce the ideal system for your application. Once your field monitoring laboratory and system is designed, we then build and fully configure the entire system in our North American factory. This ensures that every component in the turnkey system is fully tested prior to delivery.

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)

American Ecotech is proud to introduce a new aspect of our custom designed air monitoring stations.  Beginning in 2009, AE monitoring stations incorporate the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards and guidelines.  Applying the LEED principles to the design, construction and operation of the field monitoring laboratories, makes our product greener, more sustainable and results in environmental responsibility and operation efficiency.  Field monitoring laboratories designed with LEED credits in mind show reduced energy use, increased overall efficiency, reduction in construction waste and creation of a healthier work environment.

Examples of LEED criteria use in our field monitoring laboratories:

1.      Use of recycled content

2.      Use of regional materials

3.      Reduction of heat island effect

4.      Light pollution reduction

5.      Maximum energy performance

6.      Optional onsite renewable energy

7.      Low emissions materials – Adhesives and Sealants

8.      Low emssions materials – Paints and Coatings

9.      Controllability of systems

The design and construction process of our air monitoring stations is closely overseen by our LEED Accredited Professionals.
