For the ideal candidate, we offer:

- Salary against commission to over $85,000 in the first year
- 2nd year earnings expected to be over $120,000

- Some leads provided by internal depts.

- 2+ years of successful sales experience in a technical field
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to understand and demonstrate scientific instrumentation
- Four overnight stays per month
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Strong prospecting and closing skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Superior business ethics
- Must pass a Criminal Background check

What you will be doing:

- 70% reaching out to existing clients, 20% reaching out to prospective clients
- Participating in networking events such as industry conferences
- Various confidential means of generating leads and closing deals
- Helping customers solve air quality monitoring issues by uncovering their needs and selling them our instrumentation
- Engage in Salesforce Training
